ONE Registration Fee Includes the following for the Registered authors(for Physical Conference only):

  • 3- Conference Folder or Bag
  • 4- Participation in the technical program
  • 5- Printed Participation & presentation Certificate
  • 6- Printed Proceedings
  • 7- Coffee breaks on the presentation day
  • 8- Lunch on the presentation day
  • 9- Banquet

In the case of Virtual conference the followings

  • 1- Welcome reception

  • 4- Participation in the technical program

Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you must complete the following four steps.

Step 1 – Choose the Registration Fee


It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.

If an author has got more than one accepted paper, there will be a discount on additional paper registration.


The regular fee will be charged for up to 10 pages and after that additional USD 30 per additional page will be charged.

A 25% of discount for the additional paper will be charged (only if the same author is registered for all the papers).

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer


Authors have to sign (for the individual paper) the registration Form, and email that in PDF/JPG/PNG format.


Step 3 – Payment Confirmation.


In the case of an Online payment transfer the payment confirmation takes one or two working days. Ask our Coordinator if any delay.
The Bank transfer takes Min 7 working days to confirm.


Step 4 – Collect Event attending Pass


  • After Getting the Payment confirmation Our Coordinator will send you the Event Attending Pass to attend the Conference physically.
  • The Event attending pass will be issued after the last date of registration.
  • We request participants not to schedule any travel plans before taking the Event Attending pass.
